Poll finds that a quarter of Christians have encountered the Spirit

According to a recent poll, about 25 percent of Christians consider themselves as believers and witness to the charismatic gifts of the Holy Spirit. In a poll of more than 1,000 people in four separate age groups concluded the poll earlier this year.

Results went on to note that 20 percent of Catholics and 26 percent of Protestants have said they experienced gifts of the Spirit. In addition, the poll noted that about 10 percent of those who responded said they have spoken in tongues.
